Premier League sides are releasing kits for the 2023-24 campaign.

From nods to history to fresh designs, take a look at who will be wearing what next term.

This article will be updated as more clubs confirm their kits.

Arsenal

Arsenal released a new Adidas home kit before the end of the 2022-23 campaign, with the club declaring that it would “carry forward the spirit of the Invincibles”.

But sales of the ‘authentic’ version jersey were suspended in June due to an error in the design.

The taping of the shirt is meant to include details of Arsenal’s 2003-04 record printed on the seams — but a gaffe has seen it include just 32 wins or draws instead of 38 – the amount of games played in a domestic league season.

Mikel Arteta’s side missed out last term on a first Premier League title since 2003-04 after a late slip-up let in Manchester City, but will hope the forthcoming 20th anniversary of that triumph can inspire them to take the final step.

Aston Villa

Aston Villa’s 2023-24 kit features the club’s newly designed circular crest for the first time, which was voted for by supporters in November 2022.

Villa’s shirt also includes new sponsor BK8, an online betting company that was dropped after three days by Norwich City in 2021 and was criticised by Aston Villa Supporters’ Trust.

The home shirt has been “inspired by the passion of the pride in the Villa Park stands”. The claret and blue shirt features a sound wave print taken from supporters singing the club’s “Allez, Allez, Allez” chant.

Bournemouth

After last season’s zigzag twist to their red and black stripes, Bournemouth have returned to a more traditional feel for 2023-24.

The club will be seeking to improve on last term’s 15th-placed finish under new boss Andoni Iraola.

Brentford

Brentford have stuck to their traditional red and white stripes and Hollywood Bets sponsor for their new kit but have switched it up with thicker style stripes, a v-neck collar and red to black fade.

The kit will be used for both the 2023-24 and 2024-25 season.

Their kit was launched on their social channels by Brentford supporting comedian Nathan Caton and centred on the inclusivity of the Brentford community.

Brighton

Brighton revealed their away kit in early July, before later launching their 2023-24 home strip. For the away shirt, Brighton’s blue and white stripes of the home kit have been replaced by green and black, in what is — deliberately or otherwise — a hommage to head coach Roberto De Zerbi’s former side Sassuolo, whose home kit is very similar.

Chelsea

Chelsea launched their 2023-24 kit on July 10 — but crucially did so without a front-of-shirt sponsor. This came after deals with Stake and Paramount Plus fell through.

In Chelsea’s release on their club website, fans were ‘warned’ that the kit that players wear on the pitch “may subsequently feature a front-of-shirt partner”.

Crystal Palace

The south London club have released their new home shirt which celebrates their 10-year stay in the Premier League following their promotion in 2013.

Their new home strip features a silhouette of the original Crystal Palace, where the club was founded in 1861 and played from 1862.

Everton

Everton’s new home shirt has a collar for the first time in a decade, which features the latticework pattern pioneered by Goodison Park architect Archibald Leitch.

The club says that the collar is also a nod to the hummel shirt that Denmark wore in their 1992 European Championship triumph, forming part of the brand’s centenary year celebration designs.

Fulham

Fulham revealed their 2023-24 home kit on June 30, on the eve of pre-season.

The home shirt torso is white — Fulham’s traditional colour — with subtle vertical piping but the sleeves are black sleeves with Adidas’ signature stripes in red. The club describe the shirt as “a twist on the traditional famous white Fulham jersey to deliver a fresh look”.

The predominantly white shirt will be paired with black shorts with the red and white three-stripe piping continuing down the sides and all-black socks.

The shirt is also the first since Fulham announced their sponsorship deal with global betting company SBOTOP, having previously been sponsored by another gambling firm, W88.

Liverpool

Liverpool unveiled their new home kit at the start of May, and wore it in their final home game of the 2022-23 season — a 1-1 draw against Aston Villa.

The strip pays homage to the Bill Shankly’s last season in charge of the Reds 50 years ago, with white collar and cuffs inspired by Shankly’s 1973-74 squad of FA Cup winners.

On the reverse of the jersey, a 97 emblem remembers the victims of the Hillsborough disaster.

Luton Town

Luton’s orange home kit for their debut season in the Premier League features a verticle white stripe and navy collar, a style used by the club in the 1970s and also during their five-year stay in non-League.

Their away and third shirts will be announced in due course.

Manchester City

Manchester City’s home kit takes another nod to nostalgia, celebrating the 20th anniversary of the club’s move to the Etihad Stadium after 80 years at Maine Road.

The Etihad postcode is displayed on the back of the neck, while the kit features a white V-neck collar that is inspired by the first kit used at the club’s new ground — the 2003-04 home shirt.

Manchester United

Manchester United’s new home kit was given an early preview by local rapper Aitch at Glastonbury.

The Adidas shirt is red with triple stripes running down the shoulders in black and features a crew neck collar with red, white and black detail.

Up close, a geometric design in the shape of a rose takes inspiration from “the bridge between Manchester and Salford that was built during the industrial revolution”. A Lancashire red rose can also be found inside the shirt collar.

Newcastle United

Newcastle United have a new main shirt sponsor this season — Saudi Arabian events company Sela.

Chinese gambling firm FUN888 had sponsored Newcastle since 2017, but the club’s new deal is expected to be worth almost four times as much — around £25million per year — bringing Newcastle towards the upper ends of the Premier League.

Newcastle’s new home shirt, designed by Castore, features a 1980s retro-inspired collar, while their green away kit — following last season’s white shirt with green trim — has a tonal stripe design.

Tottenham Hotspur

Tottenham are billing their new 2023-24 Nike home kit as a “modern classic”.

The club is back in an “all-Lilywhite” strip for the first time since the 2012-13 season. They say the “subtle pattern of overlapping circles and lines seen throughout draws inspiration from the sounds of London N17 and the area’s broadcasting history”.

Harry Kane — wanted by Real Madrid and Manchester United — was at the forefront of the promotional campaign.

West Ham United

West Ham have called their 2023-24 strip their “anthem kit”.

Bubbles feature heavily on the design, in hommage to the iconic song ‘Bubbles’ that is sung before home games.

Wolves

Wolves have released a new red away strip that they say will provide their southern European players “with a taste of home”.

The Castore shirt, according to the club, is “inspired by the geometric architecture and tile patterns found around the Iberian Peninsula”.
